This 9-unit project proposes a modified existing single family house with rear addition. Our goal was to maintain a single-family aesthetic to the street while accomodating the 9-unit program of the client. All increases in unit count in the RA-1 zone must go before the BZA as a special exception.

A pair of 1905 semi-detached homes in the RA-1 zone are transforming into a 17-unit condo building. BZA approval was required with @sullivanandbarros taking the lead. Currently prepping for permitting.
